Refunds 

1. 1. If you purchase a 3Scooter you have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it.

   2. To return the product you must notify us clearly by email to hello@supersmith.co

   3. You must take reasonable care of the 3Scooter. We may reduce your refund if the product shows excessive use, handing, wear, or mileage prior to return. 

Faulty Goods and Your Legal Rights 

1. 1. Our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described on our website. 

   2. We may suspend the supply of goods if we believe there is a technical issue with the product or a change in law. 

   3. If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us and we may inspect them and may either repair or refund you.
